Unbound was founded by two longtime builders, Cameron Weeks and Bracken Fields, and we've been rewriting the rules of global communications tech for nearly two decades.
Long before Unbound, we created one of the industry's first VoIP companies, scaled it globally, and launched a contact center platform that challenged the status quo. Then, we disrupted the industry with a cloud-native platform that unified CCaaS, UCaaS, and CPaaS in a single, no-code solution. It made the trendy word "omnichannel" very real and opened our eyes to even more possibilities.
But the same roadblocks kept showing up: siloed systems, patchwork integrations, tech stacks duct-taped together with APIs. So, now we're doing it again with Unbound.
We've thrown out the old playbook and built something new that's even bigger and better. We took everything we've learned and built the platform we always wished existed. From scratch. With purpose. Without compromise.
